FIND CLARITY & PURPOSE IN LIFE
Our approach to healing
Our therapists are experts in trauma and are committed to a holistic, customized approach that targets the root of the problem. Our approach is compassionate, curious and creative. Our practice is also completely online so that therapy is easily accessible for the busy on-the-go professional.
Inclusive
Trauma, depression, and anxiety do not discriminate. They are universal, human problems. We’re committed to providing anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
Holistic
Through somatic therapy we’ll address physical symptoms showing up in the body, along with inner child work to reacquaint you with the unmet needs of your younger selves, and EMDR which helps reprocess traumatic memories.
Tailored
Gaining insight into how your upbringing may be impacting your current life gives you agency and allows you to decide what healing looks like for you. We support your self-leadership, so that you can become your own healer and handle whatever life throws you.
